Privacy Policy

Nura is a private-beta family coordination service delivered through WhatsApp. This policy explains how information is used when a family chooses to use Nura.

Information families share

We process messages, voice notes, images, documents and family logistics that authorised users choose to send to Nura. We also process WhatsApp identifiers and technical service records needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

How information is used

Information is used to answer requests, maintain family context, coordinate schedules and household tasks, provide requested reminders and briefings, prevent misuse, troubleshoot failures and improve reliability.

Family separation and access

Each family's information is kept separate. Only the adults who have joined that family on Nura can see it. During the beta, Nura's founder can also access it, only to fix problems and improve reliability. We do not sell family data.

No training on your data

We do not use family information to train AI models. The AI services below process it only to produce Nura's answers, under terms that do not use it for training.

Retention and deletion

We keep information while your family uses Nura. Ask in your Nura WhatsApp chat and we will delete your family's information and confirm when it is done. You can also ask us to correct anything.

Children's information

Nura is intended for use by parents, guardians and authorised caregivers—not for independent use by children. Adults are responsible for deciding what child-related information they share.
